JUST IN: APC Chairman Commits Suicide

The Chairman Of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Pyongyang Ward in the Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State, Bunmi Ipinnaiye has been reported dead.

Emerging reports on Tuesday evening revealed that the late politician allegedly committed suicide at the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps cell.

Ipinnaiye was arrested by men of the NSCDC for the attempted murder of his son who he allegedly attacked with a machete while on their way to the farm.

Everything is now ready for the special congress and presidential primaries of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC) to be held today in Abuja, as food vendors in Eagle Square, who had hoped for brisk sales at the opening ceremony of the All Progressives Congress convention on Monday, expressed disappointment due to boring commercial activities.

The deceased had reportedly attacked his son for fraternising with some boys who were allegedly involved in social vices.

He was arrested following the attack and was found dead in the morning of June 7. He reportedly used his belt to hang himself.
