VIDEO: Owner of collapsed Ikoyi building, Femi Osibona, discovered dead

Femi Osibona, Chief Executive Officer of Fourscore Homes Limited, is dead.

Osibona is the owner of the company which constructed the 21-storey building that collapsed in Ikoyi, Lagos on Monday.

It was gathered that his corpse was recovered from the rubbles some minutes ago.

So far, 30 people have been rescued from the site of the collapse, with nine alive and 21 dead.

The high-rise building under construction by Fourscore Homes, a Lagos-based real estate firm located along Gerrard Road, collapsed on Monday afternoon.

While it is yet to be clear the total number of people in the building at the time of the collapse, witnesses say dozens may still be trapped.
