Drama unfolded in ADO Ekiti, the state capital, when a parent beat up their child’s teacher, Miss Oluwatomisin Janet,and injured her.
The incident occurred at the Divine Star School, Ado-Ekiti.
When contacted, the Proprietor of the school, Reverend Kehinde Ajayi confirmed that the woman assaulted his teacher in his presence adding that he had reported the case to the police.
Rev. Ajayi said that the child, aside her failure to do her assignment, is also owing the school twenty-four thousand naira (N24,000).
According to him, the teacher scolded the child for not working on her assignment only to see the woman in the school premises with her own mother where they pounced heavily on the teacher and inflicted deep cup on her face.
