Users of the Gmail mail service have complained about failures in its operation. This is evidenced by the data from the down detector portal.
The bulk of complaints comes from users in the US, Malaysia, Australia and Japan. As of 8:00 (Moscow time), 50 people reported problems.

In most cases (87%) users are faced with the fact that they do not send messages, 12% have difficulties with those to get to the service site.
In December 2019, users complained about failures in Google services, in particular YouTube, GMail. Experts note that the reason for the failures is a technical error. They have nothing to do with internet filtering or mobile shutdowns that the authorities sometimes use.
