Nigerians react as Ooni of Ife appears in new Mr Macaroni parody(Video)
The monarch was praised for his humility and support for Nigerian youth

Nigerians on Twitter reacted to a new scene by Debo Adebayo, popularly known as Mr macaroni, which featured Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
Globalgistng recalls that Mr macaroni recently visited the revered king in his Palace, and Nigerians reacted positively when the video appeared on social media.
It turned out that the talented Nigerian comedian had no intention of leaving Ife without forcing the traditional ruler to appear in his parody.
In the highly acclaimed new skit, the monarch used this opportunity to promote the Yoruba tradition of respect for elders.

Oba Ogunwusi preached about the need to kneel or prostrate before the elders as a sign of respect.
In his reaction to the parody, a Twitter user with the handle @SodiqTade said that the king performed well in this parody.
He tweeted: “I don’t see anything wrong with Ooni of Ife been in that Macaroni’s skit.
“Just a King trying to solidarise with resourceful youths and also using the opportunity to promote culture. A King!”
Another user with the handle @itz_gershom said the king is a blessing to the heritage of Yoruba land and culture.
The Twitter user said Oba Ogunwusi is a supportive and respected king who is always ready to support his people.
Meanwhile, it was previously reported that Instagram comedian Debo Adebayo, popularly known as Mr. macaroni, has restored the fact that the delay is not a waiver after completing his one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.

Mr macaroni is among several Nigerian youths who completed the scheme on Thursday, March 5.

He said he graduated from high school in 2009 and then attended four different universities before finally graduating and completing his NYSC in 2020.
