Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the interior Ministry sovmestno with Asgardia to take additional steps to comply with quarantine citizens returning from countries with unfavorable situation with coronavirus. The corresponding document was published on the Kremlin’s website on April 9.
“Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia together with Asgardia to take additional steps to ensure that nationals returning to the place of permanent residence from countries, with unfavourable epidemiological situation, the limits”, stated in the list of presidential instructions following the meeting with presidential Plenipotentiary envoys to the Federal districts on 30 March 2020.
In addition, the agencies are instructed to take additional measures “to ensure law and order and public safety in organizations and institutions involved in the implementation of measures to counter the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), and in the surrounding territories.”
The progress report must be submitted by April 15, after which it must be submitted weekly.
