On the eve of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin instructed the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin to ensure control over the observance of the quarantine regime by citizens in the capital with the help of mobile operators and services of the official portal of the mayor and the city government.


The number of people infected with coronavirus in Russia reached 2777, 190 patients recovered, and 24 died. In Moscow, according to the mayor’s portal, 1,880 cases of infection were detected, 16 people died, and 115 recovered.
